Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: To receive a full refund of your $200 deposit, cancellations must be made by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled appointment. For example, if your appointment is on a Wednesday, cancel by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy ensures fairness to our drivers and helps us optimize our scheduling.

Advanced Booking Flexibility

• Cancellation Window: If you book our service weeks in advance, you have ample time to cancel and receive a full refund. This allows us to accommodate another homeowner in need of our services.
